The Company was informed on 16 April 2008 that following a disposal of ordinary shares in Gold Oil on 14 April 2008, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd has an interest in 19,060,841 of the Company's shares, representing 3.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
