GOLD OIL PLC ('Gold Oil' or the 'Company') Director's Dealings

The Company has been advised that a Notice of Exercise of Warrants for 575,000 ordinary shares of 0.025p has been received from Michael Burchell, Chairman, and he has accordingly been issued with 575,000 ordinary shares of 0.025p.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Following the issue and allotment of the new ordinary shares, Michael Burchell will hold 7,300,000 ordinary shares, or 1.52% of the Company's issued share capital.
