The Company was informed on 5 August 2008 that following an acquisition of ordinary shares in Gold Oil on 1 August 2008, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd has an interest in 21,713,938 of the Company's shares, representing 4.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
