The Company was informed on 12 October 2008 that on 8 October 2008, following an acquisition of ordinary shares in Gold Oil on that date, Mr I Parvizi will have an interest in and will be the registered holder of 91,450,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a holding of 18.92% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also informed on 13 October 2008 that following a disposal of ordinary shares in Gold Oil on 10 October 2008, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.
