GOLD OIL PLC ('Gold Oil' or the 'Company') Significant Shareholding

The Company was informed today that following a purchase today of 9,000,000 ordinary shares in Gold Oil, Mr I Parvizi has an interest in 64,800,000 ordinary shares of the Company's shares, representing 13.64% of the Company's issued share capital.
